Managing Director, Owners Corporation
Ronald has more than 25 years of working experience in the field of Owners Corporation and is well versed in the Owners Corporation legislation. Ronald’s experience, knowledge and passion will ensure your property is in safe hands.
As the 2015 REIV Owners Corporation Manager of the Year, Ronald’s experience has been recognised by his peers.
He has worked for multi-national companies such as Colliers International, Jones Lang La Salle and Kodak in Singapore, as well as some of the largest owners corporation companies in Melbourne.
The experience he has gained from the in-depth involvement and management of a wide and diverse portfolio of large commercial, industrial, residential and service apartment developments in Singapore, Melbourne and New South Wales will be a valuable contribution to the management of your owners corporation.
Ronald is hard working and service orientated and works closely with committees. He is a certified practising strata manager, is a trained community mediator and has accumulated vast experience in people management and conflict resolution.

Peter is a qualified accountant with over 30 years’ experience in financial and management accounting. Peter has held various senior accounting roles and company secretary positions with both ASX listed companies and proprietary companies including a listed US Fortune 500 Company
Peter is a fellow member of CPA Australia (FCPA) and is a registered BAS agent with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of commerce and administration (Victoria University of Wellington)
- Master of business studies (hons) (Massey University)

Executive Director, Operations
Earl is our Executive Director of Operations. He has been surrounded by owners corporation his entire life and is a valuable asset to the company and the strata communities that he looks after. He has worked for the largest corporates in Australia including Macquarie Bank, the National Australia Bank as well as a major Silicon Valley company. He is tertiary qualified with a bachelor of business (majoring in accounting) and is an associate member of CPA Australia.
Building Engineering & Facilities Consultant
Dominic has more than 20 years building engineering and facilities management experience. He has worked for large multi nationals such as Jones Lang La Lasalle and RACV in senior roles. Dom holds a bachelors degree in engineering and is very experienced in building defects management for large highrise apartment complexes.
Executive Director Business Development
Richard Lay is our Executive Director, Business Development.He has spent close to a decade working at National Australia Bank in key relationship management roles, responsible for managing large relationship accounts prior to joining Advance Strata Consulting Group.
Richard is responsible for overseeing the Business Development and new project activity at Advance Strata Consulting Group. He is a hands on director and has experience managing a diverse owners corporation portfolio ranging from blocks of units, apartment blocks, townhouses and factories.
Outside work, he is a keen property investor and has a keen interest in property developments and has an in depth understanding of the property developing process which greatly compliments our Property Developer clients in offering advice during the development and design stage to help minimize maintenance and running operation costs and to also help prevent oversights in design.
Director Of Strategy, Growth & Assurance
Stephen wealth of experience working with some of the largest global multi-national companies and holds a Bachelor of Laws. He leads the companies growth blueprint and strategic direction of the company.
