We are fully licensed, hold more than the requisite professional indemnity insurance and are a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA), the peak body of the strata industry and members of several other property related professional bodies.

We manage more than hundred owners corporation developments and more than thousand lots ranging from residential owners corporation apartments, townhouses, high rise blocks, units, factories and industrial warehouse.

Experienced Body Corporate Managers

Our Principal Manager has over 28 years of diverse Owners Corporation Management experience and most of the staff have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Owners Corporation Management experience.

Tertiary Qualified Personnel

All our staff are tertiary qualified, hold at a minimum a bachelors degree and other post nominal and professional accreditation.

Qualified Accounting Team Support

Our CFO is a FCPA with CPA Australia and all accounting staff at minimum hold a Bachelors degree in accounting and are associate members of CPA or member or associate of the Charted Institute of Management Accountants.

Qualified Strata Management

Our strata managers are tertiary qualified and some are Certified Practising Strata Managers or hold a Diploma in Strata Management.

No schedule 2.2 charges in most instances and all in fee for our services.
